Food and nutrition is such an integral part of our lives…I mean everyone has to eat!  We have sooo many options of what to eat, when to eat, and how we eat.  These variables can be quite overwhelming.  When we go to the grocery store, there are so many foods to choose from.  Some of our neighborhoods are full of food options as well whether it be fast food restaurants, chain sit down restaurants, local restaurants, or delivery options such as Ubereats and Doordash.  There is also information overload regarding when a person should eat.  Some schools of thought say that one should eat breakfast while others say one should not eat breakfast.  Some diets say a person should eat three large meals a day while others say a person should eat numerous small meals a day.  Other schools of thought recommend that one should cease eating after 8pm while others do not put a strict timeline on when to eat.  Some information states that a low carbohydrate, high protein diet is the way to go, while other information states that a well balanced diet containing all nutrients will suffice.  I can understand how trying to figure out what is right for you can be overwhelming and misleading.  The key point is what is best for you individually!
