Hey everyone! My name is Aaron, and I welcome you all to my blog! This will be a fun filled blog full of accessible information about food and nutrition. The information I will present, but not necessarily limited to include recipes, nutrition information, and food science information. There is an abundance of food and nutrition related information at our disposal, and it can be challenging to determine what information is valid and what information is best to implement into our individual lives. Here is where my blog comes in to help navigate the abundance of information out there. The goal of this blog is to share our love of food and nutrition and to empower us to implement the best nutrition practices that work for us individually.
As well as having a lifelong passion for food and nutrition, I have recently obtained my MS in Nutrition Education from American University in Washington, DC. With that being said, you can be assured that any information I present here regarding nutrition is diligently researched and scientifically sound.
